It’s time to celebrate your UBC Sauder pride once again at our Homecoming Festival on Saturday, September 20, during the 2025 UBC Homecoming week (September 15-21). Join Dean Darren Dahl, faculty, staff, students and alumni on campus for a fun-filled family-friendly event at the Henry Angus Building including:

  • Dean’s BBQ: Enjoy a tasty complimentary BBQ hosted by Dean Dahl.
  • New: Alumni POITS at Homecoming: Join us for an iconic UBC Sauder tradition from 2:00 - 5:00pm, reimagined for Homecoming (Sold out).

  • Limited-Edition Homecoming Swag: All attendees will receive an exclusive UBC Sauder branded swag item to mark the occasion.
  • Alumni Business Marketplace: Explore our showcase of unique products and services from UBC Sauder alumni entrepreneurs, with chances to win exclusive discounts (scroll down for the full vendor list and offers).
  • Building Tours: Relive your days in the classroom and take guided tours of the Henry Angus Building.
  • Family-Friendly Activities and Games: There is something for everyone to enjoy from cotton candy, face painting, a circus workshop to carnival games. Bring the whole family and make a day of it!
  • Pie-a-Prof: The chance to pie Dean Dahl and other faculty members is back, all in support of the UBC Sauder Innovation Fund.
  • Discounted Parking: Homecoming attendees can park at a discounted rate of $4.69 parking ($4 parking plus $0.69 processing fee).

Alumni POITS: Homecoming Edition

Join your fellow UBC Sauder alumni for this special edition of POITS, an epic school tradition! Reconnect with your peers, students, faculty and staff over free pizza, drinks and games in a lively, welcoming atmosphere.

The event will also feature a dedicated space for any under‑age family or friends attending Homecoming with you. Non-alcoholic options will also be available so everyone can enjoy the fun their way.

This event is only open to UBC Sauder alumni and their guests.

Who’s invited to attend?

Complimentary BBQ: Open to all UBC Sauder community members (UBC Sauder students, alumni, donors, faculty and staff) and up to 2 additional guests. Registration is required.

Alumni POITS at Homecoming: Open to all UBC Sauder alumni and up to 2 additional guests. Registration is required.

The festival portion of the event is open to all members of the UBC community, with games and other activities to enjoy throughout the day.

Building magic: 10 years of the Robert H. Lee Alumni Centre

Join fellow UBC alumni, faculty and friends for a special evening celebrating 10 years of alumni connection and community at the Robert H. Lee Alumni Centre. Mark this milestone with a fun-filled evening with live performances, a DJ and dancing, interactive elements, photo ops, a UBC–themed dress code and a special 100 Years of Point Grey display.
