Abstract
In the wake of recent social reckonings, there has been a surge in commitments to diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), yet systemic barriers and entrenched white supremacist ideologies continue to hinder meaningful progress. Equity-seeking working professionals remain marginalized, overburdened, and undervalued, while traditional metrics of success perpetuate exclusion. To foster genuine change, institutions must reimagine their structures, empower marginalized voices, and embed equity into the core of organizational culture.
